Ready to Make History With Sangeet?
Be an important part of the celebration as Sangeet Kaur Khalsa Turns 80!
Join Sangeet on Saturday June 8th, 2019 for an evening of celebration and gratitude.
- Held at the Historic Cutler Plotkin Jewish Heritage Center in downtown Phoenix, Arizona.

- Check-in begins at 4 p.m., Event is from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.
First, there’s A Middle Eastern Vegetarian Smorgasbord for all to enjoy followed by a a delicious birthday cake (yummy, vegan and GF).
Next enjoy the humor and sharing by four special guests who have stories and insights to share about their time with Sangeet. One of the special guests will be traveling all the way from Connecticut!
Sangeet then will take to the stage to narrate a short slide show about her life. Following the slide show, Sangeet will give a powerful and heartfelt talk titled "Living Everyday As A Gift."
The evening concludes with a Special Gift from Sangeet to all of us:
- An Intimate and electrifying private concert by Sangeet’s friend Taiko Master and Teacher Ken Koshio and his Troupe of Taiko Drummers.
- Scheduled to join Ken onstage are World Fusion Performers with Hopi Dance and Flute, Didgeridoo, and Gongs. Please note that Ken is bringing a small troupe of 5 or 6 performers that is appropriate for the venue size and will perform for about 45 minutes.
